Global Midwest Alliance invites you to be part of its 3rd Annual Corporate Venture Capital Event. We’ve expanded this very successful program to a full-day event. The conference will feature innovation and technology panels providing insights on innovating through accelerators, current and future trends in corporate venturing, where corporate venture capitalists are investing today and best practices for successful collaborations. There will be particular focus on how Corporate VCs interact with accelerators, both their own internal accelerators and private accelerators. This year’s program will again include presentations from five finalists competing in the Innovation Competition presented by Polsinelli.
We are pleased to announce that Sue Siegel, Chief Executive Officer of GE Ventures, will be the keynote speaker. Sue is one of the top corporate VCs in the country and will provide insight into how GE navigates the current environment. We’ll provide several networking opportunities throughout the day, which will conclude with a special Premier Networking Reception.
The event will attract C-level innovation and technology executives, start-up CEO’s, entrepreneurs, corporate and private venture capitalists. As in the past, attendance for this special event will be by invitation only.
Confirmed participants and speakers include executives from Blue Cross Blue Shield Ventures, CME Ventures, Energy Foundry, GE Ventures, Motorola Solutions Ventures, the National Venture Capital Association’s Corporate Venturing Group, Polsinelli, Sandbox Ventures, WISC partners and Zebra Ventures. The reception will be open to the attendees and others from the local innovation community.
